Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. 

You have the option to ship with UPS at an additional charge.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. 

International Shipping

Pilot & Captain ships internationally via USPS and UPS. 

Due to USPS policy international orders must pass through US and foreign customs. This process can take up to four weeks, during which time your package may not show up on the carriers tracking system. We are working to provide a quicker, more cost effective international carrier in the near future.  

Returns & Exchanges

Pilot & Captain will gladly accept your return or exchange. Here’s the deal.
  • All returns must be sent with in fourteen days of the initial delivery.
  • A refund excluding the original shipping fee will be issued upon receiving your items in their original condition, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal value. An additional shipping fee may be applied.
  • We cannot refund items damaged during the shipping process. In this event, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  • If you received the wrong order or a defective product we will gladly issue a full refund or pay for the shipping for your exchange.
